Glass such as Low E and Pilkington K glass includes a metal coating that allows through short-wave radiation, like sunlight and reflects long-wave radiation such as heat from indoor fires and radiators. Regarding ventilation there are several ventilation systems to keep your conservatory at a comfortable temperature such as roof vents, ceiling fans, extractor units and air exchange systems.
